Il Grimani fu il primo albergo ad avere la luce elettrica in Carnia, ed ora è tra i primi ad essere stato in parte restaurato con la BIOARCHITETTURA, cioè escludendo tutti i materiali di origine chimica e sintetica.

La Residenza Grimani rimane un ottimo punto di partenza per le varie attività sportive che si possono praticare, come le escursioni nei boschi vicini al paese, o avviarsi in uno dei nostri avvincenti percorsi in mountain bike tracciati e ben segnalati, o semplicemente rilassarsi con una partita a tennis o una nuotata nella piscina del Centro Sportivo Ampezzano.
